The Community of Anaheim Hills

Anaheim Hills is located on the east end of the city of Anaheim and is its own separate community. There are approximately 20,000 households. Many of the homes are less than ten years in age, and are in planned community developments. The rolling hills provide a nice landscape for these developments, and there are many mature trees. The residences in Anaheim Hills are generally very well maintained, and many have pools and spas. Views are often of city lights and snow covered mountains in winter. Anaheim Hills has excellent schools, a public golf course, equestrian and tennis clubs, shopping centers, fine restaurants, office complexes, a public library, parks, a reservoir, Oak Canyon Nature Center and easy access to Interstate 91 freeway and 241 Toll Road.
